"UNTRUSTWORTHY & UNORGANIZED.

I obtained an auto quote on May 19 with an agreement that my policy would become effective on May 25 and that I would receive ID cards that day. Based on that information, I canceled my previous auto insurance.

When May 25 arrived and I called to make payment and activate coverage, no one answered because of the holiday and I was redirected to text support. I was then told there were no agents available to complete activation, despite previously being told this would already be set up.

The process felt disorganized and poorly communicated. Customers should not be put in a position where they cancel existing coverage expecting a seamless transition and then find themselves unable to activate their new policy. Based on my experience with this location, I would not recommend.

I ended up switching to GEICO which was even cheaper than State Farm anyway! Additionally, look at all the previous clients of his who were canceled when they actually filed a claim, if you want a policy that has your back and actually has professional & trustworthy staff, look elsewhere!"
